Third-party catalog feeds

These catalog feed platforms are integrated with Axon by AppLovin. If you are working with any of them, please refer to the guidance below (listed in alphabetical order):

If you are using a different feed provider not listed above and you need help, please contact support.

Important

To avoid processing issues—no matter which partner you’re using—make sure every field is free of commas (,), newlines (\n), and carriage returns (\r).

The salePrice field is optional and should be left empty unless the item is on sale at a price lower than the regular price. If you do include salePrice, then both salePriceStartDate and salePriceEndDate become mandatory.

DataFeedWatch

To add the Axon channel in your DataFeedWatch store, follow these steps:

1. Review the “Adding a Channel” article: Start by reading the official guide
2. Connect your store: Follow the instructions in the article above to link your ecommerce store to DataFeedWatch.
3. Select the Axon template: After your store is live, open the Channels menu and choose the Axon channel template.
4. Explore additional resources: For every major action—importing feeds, mapping attributes, scheduling updates, and more—see the full Help Center.

Before you publish your feed, make sure all fields are free of unwanted characters (commas, newlines, carriage returns). DataFeedWatch provides built-in tools to clean or replace these characters:

• Navigate to Edit Values & Types in your feed rules.
• Use the Remove Single Value or Replace Values options to strip out commas (,), line breaks (\n), and carriage returns (\r).

Feedonomics

Feedonomics is a fully managed service product that allows merchants to send product data to many channels, synchronize it across more systems, and optimize it for more sales with their feed management software.

For current Feedonomics customers, please contact your dedicated customer support team to help you create the catalog feed tailored for Axon DPAs.

If you are a current Feedonomics client, please submit your request directly to FeedSupport™ and a member of their team will respond in 3 hours (Standard) or 1 hour (Urgent). If you do not have direct access to FeedSupport™, please email portal@feedonomics.com directly or call +1 (844) 673 - 7305.

Feedonomics feed manager will help create the feed for Axon requirements.

Feedoptimise

In the Feedoptimise platform, you can easily add an Axon feed with the following steps:

1. Add a new feed: Click the + button in the feeds section.
2. Set up basic details: Provide a feed name and select the source of your data.
3. Choose the template: Select the Axon feed template.
4. Review mappings: Check the attribute mappings and optimise them if needed.
5. Handle categories: Map the Google Category ID manually, or use AI to map it automatically if you don’t have it.
6. Generate and share the URL: Create the feed URL and provide it to Axon.

Genus AI

Option 1: Let Genus AI Help

Contact Genus AI’s support team at success@genus.ai. They’ll assist you in creating a customized feed tailored specifically for Axon.

Option 2: Self-Serve Feed Setup Instructions

To create your own Axon-compatible feed:

1. Go to the Feeds Page in your Genus AI dashboard.
2. Click Build New Creative Feed.
3. Under Feed Channel, select “Axon” as the output channel.
4. Add your AI-powered smart templates and generate the feed.
5. Click Use in Axon and select Set up with Feed URL.
6. Update the Feed URL on Axon Ads Manager, more guidance here.

When connected, your feed will automatically sync updates—such as catalog changes, product availability, pricing, and creative designs—directly with Axon.

GoDataFeed

If you’re using GoDataFeed to manage your product catalog, setting up a feed for Axon is easy. Just follow the steps below, details here.

1. Navigate to the top menu bar and click Feeds to show the Feeds menu. To add a new feed you will click the blue + ADD FEED button
2. Click BROWSE CHANNELS
3. Click the search field to begin typing “Axon” and click the search icon. After the results update you can the click Select button to add the feed template to your account.
4. You will then be prompted for any changes to your account.
5. When finished on the account setting, you will begin the mapping process or compiling for the feed.
6. After you add the feed template, the feed may automatically trigger and begin updating. To begin setting it up, click “Mapping” to navigate to the mapping section of the feed.

Then you can follow the rest of the steps here to finish mapping your feed.

Marpipe

Setting up a catalog feed on Marpipe is easy and straightforward. On Marpipe:

1. Navigate to the output feed page
2. Click New Output Feed
3. Choose single treatment feed
4. Then click advanced options and change the format to Axon
5. Click create and then proceed to add designs to your feed and publish
